“Don’t judge a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes”

– Theory of Jacob Moreno, founder of psychodrama and sociodrama

After many years as an individual and group therapist, I have carefully chosen the tools and assets from different methodologies to use a holistic approach. My experience in mental and social health care, education, rehabilitation and prisons challenged me to follow a new path with Exprecious. Some of the returning methods I use are group therapy, workshops, one-on-one sessions, psychodrama and therapeutic dream work.

Two Processes: Creation and Reflection

Expressive Arts Therapy helps us reconnect with our inner self through creation such as painting, moving or role play. Expressive arts and Action Methods Therapy are considered experimental. In other words, it’s the therapy of doing, because we experience more than only words. Using specific therapeutic exercises we’ll create a bridge between our thinking and feeling. Afterwards we’ll reflect on the process to explore what happened during the creation and how we can translate it into a better understanding.
